1.  Socircial.com works with social circles being the highway we use to network the power of social marketing. Social circles are not only the friends and contacts a member opens up to our network, but also the keywords and interest areas that a member is interested in networking with.

2.  Upon signing up, a member agrees to use their social circles to help other members to network. Networking is NOT spamming! Networking is offering shareable bits of information and links to targeted social circles – this is where keywords, areas of interest and geo-locations come into play.

The other circle members also have made the same committment and, so, every member receives the same networking support that they have offered X 12! If you signed up to offer 10,000 tweets per day, then you will receive 120,000 tweets per day for a full 30 days!

3.  Each member purchases a monthly membership into one or more social circles according to what they want and can afford –
club memberships start at $7.95 per circle / per month! There are discounts when you purchase memberships in bulk!

4.  Circles are also defined by the thousands of followers / friends the circle membership is committed to network to.

So if you want to network to a larger number of people, you will need to have the sufficient number of followers /fans to meet the requirements.

Your followers / fans do not need to be in one account – you could have many accounts with varying numbers of followers / fans in each and qualify for a club, as well as, meet the requirement totals by combining Twitter & Facebook accounts. All these totals must be verified manually by SOCIRCIAL.COM.

All accounts are manually approved:  this means that after your club membership purchase, you will have to wait up to 72 hours before your account is activated and you begin receiving the club’s Daily Post Letter.  The club’s daily post letter is what you input into our Socircial.com Tweeter Application to automate your posting every day.  At this time we are working on a proprietary Facebook poster, but you can use any you own now to post to Facebook.  All clubs post to Twitter and Facebook.

Member signs up for one keyword (phrase) and joined with other members who want to market to the same / or related keywords (whichever is available at the time) – club is created and is closed when 12 members are reached. New clubs then open depending upon demand for the keyword.

Since SOCIRCIAL controls the actual membership process, your actual membership may change within the month particularly when your initial club grouping was not in your specific requested keyword. This only affects those who sign up to keyword clubs that are still not sufficiently populated.

As other members sign up for similar keywords, each membership circle is dynamically modified and becomes more and more targeted during the membership period.

All members are informed concerning the % of keyword matching members in your club group as it changes during your membership period. This makes circles very dynamic and results can vary during the membership month reflecting the changes in this composition.

Clubs are formed from equal tweeters by time X followers, for example; if you have just 500 followers in your Twitter account, you can join the minimum club size of 30,000 tweets (500 x 5x 12). 

You must retweet members’ posts every 4 hours per day at least 5 times a day! All members must re-tweet every four hours at least 5 times during each day!

Failure to comply with this agreement can result in instant removal from the club and suspension from membership for 30 days for each day of infraction.
